Welcome to our Utility Hardship Assistance program! Offering hardship assistance BEGINNING October 1, 2026 to families in crisis during their most vulnerable times. Our hardship program runs from October 1st- March 1st, 2027. Applicants must have a shut off notice in order to apply. If you are currently on medical protection we cannot assist as you are already protected from shut off. We reserve the right to deny assistance.
